• Indemnification: By participating in our scheduled tour package, you acknowledge and agree that The ReJoyce Experience, LLC, including its owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, and subcontractors, shall not be held liable for any personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death that may occur during your participation. This agreement serves to release and indemnify our company and its personnel from any such liability.

• Charter Bus Transportation: The ReJoyce Experience, LLC arranges charter bus transportation for our tours through independent vendors and suppliers. Please be aware that we do not own or operate any vehicles or transportation modes included in our package offerings. Furthermore, we do not provide insurance coverage for these transportation services.

1. DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS

To secure your reservation, a minimum deposit of 25% of the total tour cost is required. Additionally, any components of the package that require full payment beyond the standard package, such as tour bus charter, admission to attractions, custom merchandising, and custom meals, may also need to be paid in full at the time of booking. Your Tour Specialist will provide you with the exact deposit amount based on the complete package you have selected.

• Step-on Guide Cancellation/Refund: For Step-on Guide services, the following cancellation/refund policy applies:

  • 100% refund if canceled 14 days prior to the tour.

  • 75% refund for cancellations made 13-7 days prior to the tour.

  • 50% refund for cancellations made 6-24 hours prior to the tour.

Please note that the deposit amount is non-refundable, and refund eligibility may vary depending on the specific circumstances of your reservation. 1. NON REFUNDABLE POLICY

The non-refundable deposit for your tour is due 30 days prior to the tour date. This deposit, as specified in the proposal or confirmation, is required by the due date(s) to secure your reservation. It is important to note that some of our suppliers require advance payment, and these payments may be non-refundable. Deposits, periodic payments, and final payments should be submitted to our office by the associated due dates. The payment due dates may vary depending on your Tour Package and chosen payment plan. Regarding cancellations and refunds, if transportation is included in the tour, the refund policy will follow the refund/cancellation policy of the transportation companies involved. For Step-on Guide services, the cancellation/refund policy is as follows: 100% refund if canceled 14 days prior to the tour, 75% refund for cancellations made 13-7 days prior to the tour, and 50% refund for cancellations made 6-24 hours prior to the tour.

Please note that the deposit amount mentioned above is non-refundable, and it is important to review and understand the specific cancellation and refund policies associated with your reservation. 1. NOTICE:

Any notice or communication required or permitted to be given under these Terms of Agreements shall be in writing and deemed to have been duly given if delivered personally, sent by registered mail, or sent by email to the addresses provided by the parties. Notice delivered personally shall be deemed given upon receipt, notice sent by registered mail shall be deemed given three (3) business days after the date of mailing, and notice sent by email shall be deemed given upon the sender receiving a confirmation of delivery. It is the responsibility of the receiving party to promptly notify the sending party of any changes to their contact information.
